OMG!! This is one of the best I have ever purchased. I don't use the microwave, then at work I usually eat my lunch cold. a friend told me about this mini crock-pot and I ordered it immediately. What a find! I got it in 1 hour before lunch, and that's it! Everything is nice and warm when I'm ready to eat. It's never too hot (at least for me). fits the perfect amount of food for lunch.
